Coventry University Immersion 2023

Softwarica College is dedicated to providing its students with a wide range of experiences that enhance their education. In addition to its existing extracurricular activities, the college has taken a fresh approach to enrich its students’ experience through international exposure since last year. This reflects the college’s commitment to a holistic approach to education, which it has upheld since its inception. 

Program Details:

A fully sponsored UK visit package will be offered to the selected students which includes:  

• Two-way Airfare ticket.  
• Visa Fees and Assistance.  
• Accommodation and food for the entire trip.  
• Visit to Coventry University at Coventry, UK. This includes University Tour, Attending Several University lecture classes, meeting and greeting faculties and administration of Department of Engineering, experience sharing with computing students from all over the world and Coventry City Tour.  
• Expenses of personal nature such as shopping, beverages, attraction tickets etc will not be covered. 

Eligibility:  

Softwarica Students who have completed the First Year (Batch 29, 29, 30 and 31) with flying colors achieving a minimum of 60% marks, are eligible to apply. This, however, is the primary eligibility criteria as there are various other factors that will be taken into consideration such as:  

• Eagerness to represent Softwarica College in various forums and programmes. 
• Taking lead and making meaningful contribution to the institution in terms of suggesting ways to improve our services.  
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills  
• Minimum of 70% attendance in every module 

• Willing to extend helping hands to fellow classmates who struggling academically or otherwise.  
• Be able to provide sufficient financial evidence as per the UK visa regulations. 

Application Procedure: 

Stage 1- Letter of Intent and Intro Video. (30s to 1 min)

A copy of your first-year and Second year (If you are from third year) result should also be attached.

Stage 2- Creative Video (30 s to 1 min)

On different informative topics on IT (Information Technology) or Experience at Softwarica College. Innovative ideas for this stage is highly encouraged.

Stage 3- Presentation and Interview Round.
